We're in Melbourne now with Laura's family. Makes such a change to have proper beds, home cooked meals etc. Last night they drove us for 3 hrs to see penguins- it was really amazing to see hundreds of them coming out of the sea and running back to their holes in the ground.
Was a bit depressed the last few days just because we've had to say bye to so many people (including the Norwegians we were travelling with). Met a guy from California in Byron bay who was working in the hostel & has offered us a place to stay in California so will be nice to see him again. Loved that place anyway, probably one of my favorite in Australia so far, amazing scenery and a lot of chilled people.
